All the accommodation is in Quality Homes and Apartments which have been prepared to Four Star Accommodation Providers Standards so you can be assured of an excellent standard of property and service.
The Homes and Apartments are very centrally located and just a few minutes from Caithness General Hospital and most of the towns schools, authority offices, etc.
All properties offer secure accommodation and keys are provided for access via the main door, your individual apartment door and additionally for your bedroom so you can feel totally safe.
Homes and Apartments can be reserved on a sole use basis or by up to a maximum of four persons on a shared basis. We appreciate that younger folks enjoy sharing but equally that some people like to have their privacy so are happy to meet all requirements.
The Homes and Apartments are offered only to professional persons on the inclusive package basis.

Be assured you are most unlikely to find such ideal accommodation for anything near this budget rate (only £25 pppn) - many B&B's charge this and much more for a basic bedroom in their home where you could end up sharing with many different folks. From past experience we know that you prefer your own space and not having to share a bathroom with workmen and other visitors.
Included are your gas and electricity usage, broadband access at the apartments, TV with freeview (Sky in 3 bedroom apartment), all bedding linens, weekly linen change, towels, etc.
In fact you could almost pretend you are on a luxury holiday - just remember to do your assignments on time!
There is on street parking. I offer a courtesy collection on arrival if required.
A small office can be used required and there are books, videos, DVD's, cassettes, etc in their hundreds that you are welcome to borrow for your leisure time.

As the Apartments are just a few minutes from Caithness General Hospital they are very handy for folks working there or at the nearby health centre...
There is a short cut which can save you valuable time (extra shut eye?), they short cut is up the brae behind the apartments and takes you out into Sinclair Terrace and immediately opposite the hospital! Couldn't be easier...

Engineering Folks...
The location is great as there is ample parking for vehicles and the apartments are close for train, bus, a few minutes from the Harbour/Marina and 10 minutes from the Airport. My courtesy collection service means I can collect you on arrival if this assists. As Thurso is extremely busy lots of folks are now opting to take their accommodation in Wick. Travel times are excellent as there is on 21 miles between the two and you could be say at Dounreay within 30 minutes.
